Refund Policy

You are refunded automatically, in full, to your wallet when:

• we cannot get you a number after you press buy (you are not charged, or the charge is reversed straight away);
• no SMS arrives before the number expires;
• our supplier cancels the number because no SMS arrived; or
• you cancel a number that is still waiting for its SMS.

Refunds happen on their own. You do not need to contact us, and the money is available in your wallet straight away.

To prevent abuse, a number can be cancelled only after a short waiting period shown in your dashboard (about two minutes). Until then the cancel button shows a countdown. If an SMS arrives while you wait, the number is complete and cannot be cancelled.

Once an SMS has been delivered to your number, the purchase is complete and is not refundable. This includes cases where the app or website you verified with later rejects the code, blocks the number or bans the account, because that is outside our control.

If your payment was taken but your wallet was not credited, contact us with your payment reference. We check it with the payment partner and credit your wallet once it is confirmed. If you were charged twice for the same top-up, we will credit or refund the duplicate after confirming it.

Wallet balance is prepaid credit for buying numbers. If you want unused balance returned to your original payment method, contact us. We review these requests case by case, and may deduct fees charged by our payment partners and decline requests linked to fraud or a breach of our Terms.
